The reasons as to why people go to a service or gathering is completely up to them. Different people have their personal and different reasons for going to these gatherings. The main reason for people to do it though is because they need to develop a relationship with God. The best way to do this is to attend <a href="http://www.faithunitedcommunitychurch.org">church services</a> in the Dewey, AZ area.
Christian people love to attend a service. However, it is not limited or restricted to any particular faith as all people from all denominations and faiths are welcome. It is a house of God and prayer and people who have an interest in learning what is taught in the house of God can come through and partake of the word being preached.
When you attend one of the gatherings, you can expect to praise and worship. This is simply showing your gratefulness to God for all he has done for you through song. Then you listen to the pastor who preaches and naturally teaches. Lastly there are altar calls for people who need prayer and then you shake hands and get to know people after church.

You will usually see Christians going to the gatherings on a Sunday morning. However, lately it is not uncommon to see people going to these gatherings on Sunday nights and Tuesday nights as well. It can basically be held during everyday of the week if that is what the congregation is happy about and wants.
The purpose of this service or gathering is of course to honor God. It is also to learn about the Bible, it's teachings and how it is relevant to life today. On an individual note, each person must learn to develop a relationship with God and this is the best place to start. It is a great platform and foundation for getting to know the God that you pray to in your time of need.
There are ministries all over the world. Some are big and others are small, some are established and others are not yet known. However they all share a common purpose and goal which is to educate people about God and help them to learn about the Bible and who God can be in their lives.
If you have never been to a service or gathering like this, there is no better time than the present to start. You can start as soon as possible or on the nearest Sunday from now. If you live in the Dewey, AZ area, consider attending a service by the local church in the area. You will find it to be a rewarding experience and you may even make some lifelong friends.
