You may be looking for a great school, in that case, you will be glad that one place offers some of the best options for a young family. Boynton Beach lies just north of the Delray Beach and south of Palm Beach. There are many different things to do and the shopping malls are there to keep many entertained for hours. For those that love to dive this is a place where one will definitely want to visit. The seas by the inlet have a wide variety of beautiful corals as well as reefs where one can lose themselves in another world.

In 1966 the City Commission approved the facilities on the beach and this was named the Walter A. Madsen Park. This was in appreciation for the Mayor, Vice-Mayor and City Councilman. This park has and still is a very popular place for many to visit whether one is a resident or a tourist. Over the years many renovations have taken place and this included restoring the dining area. The bathrooms and concessions were rebuilt and a boardwalk was laid down.

For those that are shopaholic's a visit to the mall is a must. The mall was built in 1985 and is now owned by Simon Property Group. There used to be a few different fountains with different statues but unfortunately only one now remains and is empty. There is a movie theater which houses 14 screens at the lifestyle center as well as plenty of places one can sit and enjoy different foods.

Many say that it is as hard as steel and can last for more than 25 years outdoors. It is resistant to mold, fire, pests and weather and the surface will take a lot of beating before it becomes scratched and scuffed. In some instances this wood will be used together with Teak and Shorea for outdoor furniture.

The Harbor Marina is considered to be the Gateway to the Gulf stream and offers many different water activities for all to enjoy. For those avid fishermen charter a boat and for those that enjoy scuba diving sign up to see the wonders beneath the ocean's surface. This inlet was bought in 2006 by the Community Redevelopment Agency so that the public could have access to the waterway.

All the schools are served by the School District of Palm Beach and are considered to be the fifth largest district in Florida. There are as many as eleven elementary schools and four Middle schools. Getting from one part of the town to another one can make use of the Tri-Rail and there are always buses available.

The powder from this tree was used in herbal medicines as it was believed to help with many different conditions. Some of them were used in the treatment of ulcers, diabetes, boils and cancers. Unfortunately it is not used very often as it does have a few toxic side effects.

The town is definitely a place to visit as the average sunny days are about 230 out of the 365. July is the best time to visit as the temperatures get to about 89 degrees. January is the coldest month getting to a high of 59 degrees.
