Taking a literature course in this language teaches you various ways of analyzing complex information using sophisticated theories and ideas.
Prior to 1950s, many students in Colombia studies in the United States, and the gulf in quality they experienced shocked them into action. They realized the education system in the country was too rigid, and the only way they could encourage change in approach was by providing a competing education model. The beginnings are always the hardest but the country managed to make the first major steps.

Prior to 1950s, many people studied in the United States and experienced a huge difference in the way things were run in the two countries. They decided to change things, but realized the only way they could, was by providing a model with which others could compare themselves. The first steps in the journey were hardest but they managed to overcome major challenges.
