Whereas, there are local and touring acts gracing either the indoor or outdoor stage on a daily or weekly basis.
With bands having played for over 20 years, fans have become more of a community than an audience. As such, these individuals are often the first on the scene when assistance is needed. In addition, most attend the weekly shows as a method to network with one another, especially during stressful times such as after Hurricanes Ike and Harvey.
Located in the newly redeveloped Warehouse district, the cafe has a history all its own. For, back in the early days the building served as a brothel. As such, to this day, those wishing to enter the establishment must knock on the door to gain entrance.
While an outstanding music venue, the restaurant is also rated as one of the best Mexican food restaurants in the city. While open most days, it is important to call and verify hours. For, the venue has been known to close occasionally though rarely at various times throughout the year.
There are a plethora of restaurants serving a variety of ethnic cuisines in the city. As such, Last Concert is only one of many which individuals living in, or visiting the city might want to check out. The downtown area, historic Houston Heights, Montrose and Warehouse District all have a number of quality choices when it comes to food and nightlife.
