Last but not least, people need to eat. Food is a very important thing for any person. It is that substance that when consumed adequately provide the body with the much needed energy for the organs to keep functioning and keep the person alive and productive as well. For a person to be highly healthy and effective, they need to consume well balanced meals.
Storage of food for future use is very important too. There are times when supplies are in plenty and others when it becomes scarce. People carry out practices such as agriculture so that they can secure enough resources to cater for their many needs and requirements. Here many people carry out crop cultivation as opposed to keeping animals.
