Obama Is Likely Too Late About Heading Off ISIS

Barack Obama, our president, recently got on national television to warn us about a new threat: a terrorist group that is now threatening the world. He is assuming that we will believe everything he has to say. Still, regardless of how he positions this new initiative to fight terrorism, it is unlikely to make much difference.

The president has dithered for months. But now, of course, he has a solid plan of action. He is set to deal with what he considers the new Islamic threat arising out of Iraq and Syria. It's a little bit of an irony that he just happened to make his announcements on 9/11. Thirteen years to this date, that is when the terrorists first made their presence known around the world.

What better result could these marauding bandits have possibly have hoped for than to force a president of what once was the greatest nation on earth to recognize their power on the day before America's annual reflection on Islam's last huge victory against the "Great Satan," 9/11? It looks like he has played into their hands in a bid for publicity.

Once more, the president has disappointed us. First, he made a mess of handling the economy. Now, he is trying to protect us from a new terrorist threat. Our nation is in deep financial trouble. Things are so dire that we may soon face a complete collapse of our way of life. We're afraid that we'll lose all our money.

Now we also must fear for our lives because Obama has never taken terrorism seriously, allowing the birth and growth of ISIS and a certain regeneration of Al Qaeda. So now we must take heed of the views of many analysts inside and outside government who have said the chances are very high for members of ISIS to strike inside the United States.

ISIS appears to have recruited Americans, Englishmen, and Europeans into its operations. These second-generation folks from the west have decided to turn back to Islam. Now, we are told, they will be free to make us terrified in the US and Europe because they are armed with passports and western paperwork.

What to do now that we are clearly threatened by terrorists and a collapsing economy? Besides taking common-sense steps to protect yourselves and your families in these troubled times, we suggest you take stock of your situation.
